Rebakah "Beka" Cooper

Beka has what is known in-canon as the "air gift." It's a pretty setting-specific power, so in Anatole it will be changed a bit. Rather than being one of the few people who can talk to the ghosts that ride on pigeons, she's going to be someone who apparitions and poltergeists seek out.

The second part is that rather than listening to the information picked up by the creatures called dust spinners, she will have bits of emotionally charged carried to her on the wind within a one or two mile radius. So if, say, some npc Scorched are having a domestic dispute a little over a mile away from her, she could go running there to calm them down. But of course she won't hear anything relating to player characters unless you want her to!
